A “Fee For Service’ approach is great for those who have gone through a multi-week program and are maintaining or following up with their health. Patients pay an hourly rate charge with a three visit minimum commitment to see best results.
Dr. Hubbard is very passionate and highly trained to help her patients achieve their health goals using the principles of Naturopathic and Functional Medicine.
This includes advanced functional testing, targeted supplementation, and personalized wellness plans to help you achieve optimal health.
Here’s What to Expect:
Visit One:
Initial Consultation
A 90 min in-depth evaluation to strategize a starting point and labs. The patient is required to fill out extensive paperwork electronically prior to meeting. Dr. Hubbard will study the patients case atleast 48 hrs in advance to make the best use of time. The patient will receive lab orders/kits day of to be done within a specific time frame.
Visit Two:
Lab Review & Treatment
Varying in length based on the patients labs, this appointment is where you’ll receive a personalized wellness plan and specific treatment protocols based on what shows up on labs. Depending on the complexity of the case will determine number of steps & how many follow ups to expect.
Visit Three:
Follow Up & Maintenance
This appointment is a required follow up to treatment and an assessment based on progress made. If additional labs need to be ordered or next steps need to be planned, this appointment will provide the time for that. If the patient reaches a maintenance point, Dr. Hubbard will provide a long term plan that will empower you to stay on track.
