Your Role:
●Build meaningful relationships with patients through in-person, phone, and digital interactions.
●Educate patients about their functional medicine protocols and available therapies at PIH.
●Administer IM vitamin injections and health-supportive therapies.
●Lead sessions and educate patients on therapies like PEMF, ozone, and the
Emerald Laser for body contouring.
●Oversee pre/post consultations for the Body Contouring Program, tracking patient results and celebrating successes.
●Attend and promote PIH services at events, engaging the community in our mission.
●Use social media to promote success stories and PIH modalities.
●Manage patient prescriptions, prior authorizations, and order medical supplies and maintain inventory.
Who You Are:
●Certified to administer IM injections with relevant experience.
●Passionate about holistic health, with the ability to educate and inspire others.
●Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
●Comfortable using electronic health records and handling administrative tasks.
●Flexible with availability, including potential evening and Saturday hours.
●Enthusiastic about learning and promoting functional medicine through social media.Preferred Skills and Experience:
●Background in holistic healthcare or functional medicine (personally &/or
professionally) .
●Certified/licensed to administer intramuscular injections (MA, CNA, LPN, EMT etc.)
●Experience with medical records, prescription refills, and prior authorizations.
●Sales/promotion experience, especially in the health and wellness space.
