Before your first appointment, you will complete a comprehensive health history intake. Your initial 60–90 minute visit with Dr. Dyer or Dr. Hubbard includes a thorough evaluation, an InBody body composition scan, and targeted functional lab recommendations. Shortly after, you'll meet 1:1 with a Health Coach, followed by a dedicated lab review with your doctor and personalized guidance from a nutritionist.

We request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your visit so we can accommodate other patients.

We accept cash, credit/debit card, ACH and in many cases, FSA/HSA funds. We also accept medical financing through Advance Care Card and US Bank AVVANCE flexible finance loans.
We are a cash-pay, program-based clinic with lifetime memberships to follow based on the assessment of your health.

We ask that our members continue to maintain a relationship with their in-network primary care provider. Our focus at Premier Integrative Health is utilizing integrative and functional medicine to treat, prevent and potentially reverse chronic disease. That being said, if you are looking for more natural approaches to acute conditions such is coughs, colds, aches and pains etc. then we are happy to help you with that as well. We do not provide emergency care, and we do not prescribe opiates or benzodiazepines.
