A New Era of Care

At Premier Integrative Health, we believe that true transformation doesn’t happen in isolation. For centuries, humans have healed, learned, and thrived in community. Modern life has pulled us apart — but we’re bringing that connection back.

That’s why we’re so excited to launch the Premier Health Collective.

Why the Collective?

The Premier Health Collective is our brand-new group membership model, designed to give you:

  • Accountability — stay consistent with the habits that drive lasting change.

  • Encouragement — celebrate wins and work through challenges together.

And this isn’t about lectures. The Premier Health Collective is built on interactive group visits where you’ll engage, ask questions, and share experiences. Together, we’ll tackle the topics that matter most to your health and longevity.

We’ve carefully designed these sessions to give you practical strategies, fresh motivation, and life-changing insights. These topics are intentionally foundational and designed to remain relevant and valuable for members month after month, year after year. Each topic supports sustainable behavior change, long-term wellness, and continuous growth.

Group sessions are offered Monday through Friday at 8am, 9am, 12pm, 4pm, and 6pm.
Our providers rotate through these times, giving members the opportunity to work with each provider over the course of the month.

Premier Health Collective Membership Tiers

    TIER 1: FOUNDATIONAL

    Price: $99/month (6-month commitment)
    Stay grounded in the habits that heal.

    Designed for: Patients who want to maintain progress and accountability through community support and continued fee for service and prescription access, without ongoing 1:1 visits.

    Includes:

    -Unlimited virtual group classes

    -Unlimited InBody analysis testing

    -Prescription Management: Includes one medication check-in phone call once per calendar year. (10 min phone call)

    -
    10% supplement discount In office and Fullscript orders

    -Access to 1:1 provider visits at regular Fee-For-Service rates (See your PHC agreement for fee schedule)

    TIER 2: OPTIMIZATION

    Price: $199/month (6-month commitment)
    Sharpen your strategy. Elevate your results.

    Designed for: Patients who are doing well but still benefit from some 1:1 care, additional support tools, and a structured wellness rhythm.

    Includes: (over 6 months)

    -Up to 2 doctor visits (45 min each)  over 6 months

    -Up to 4 visits with health coach or nutritionist over 6 months

    -Up to 2 IM injections per month

    -Up to 2 PEMF sessions per month

    -Unlimited virtual group visits

    -Unlimited InBody analysis testing

    -Prescription management

    -15% supplement discount in office (10% discount fullscript orders)

    -Up to 2 clinical portal messages per month, per provider with no fee.

    -Additional messages for the providers are $35. (there is no charge for logistical questions to office staff)

    -15% discount on additional 1:1 visits with the doctor, health coach, or nutritionist (See your PHC agreement for fee schedule)

    Price: $499/month (3-month commitment)
    Reclaim vitality. Fully restore your health potential.

    Designed for: Patients completing the Signature Program who still need close, ongoing support and a high-touch care plan to continue working on complex issues. This could also be good for Premier Metabolic Reset patients who want to do a little more of a deep dive or older Signature Program patients who haven’t seen us in a while

    Includes: (over 3 months)

    -Up to 2 doctor visits (45 min each) over 3 months

    -Up to 4 coach/nutritionist visits (45 min each) over 3 months

    -Up to 2 IM injections per month

    -Up to 2 PEMF sessions per month

    -Unlimited virtual group visits

    -Unlimited InBody analysis testing

    Prescription management

    -15% supplement discount

    -Up to 4 clinical portal messages per month, per provider with no fee.

    -Additional messages for the providers are $35. (there is no charge for logistical questions to office staff)
