Bradley Dyer, DO, ABIM, IFMCP

Physician & Founder of Premier Integrative Health

Dr. Dyer is on a mission to make a positive impact in the world by helping people regain health and vitality by getting to the root cause of their health concerns. He believes the body has an amazing ability to heal itself and that treatments should focus on creating health rather than treating disease.

Dr. Dyer is board certified in Internal Medicine and also completed a residency in Psychiatry. While working as a Hospitalist physician Dr. Dyer completed a fellowship in Integrative Medicine with Dr. Andrew Weil and the University of Arizona. He then went on to become a certified Functional Medicine Practitioner through the Institute for Functional Medicine.

Dr. Dyer still works one week a month as a Hospitalist and spends the other three weeks per month serving his patients at Premier Integrative Health which is his true passion.

When he is not working, Dr. Dyer loves spending time with his wife and two boys. He is a big believer in the healing power of nature and loves to be outdoors as much as possible especially when it involves cycling, hiking, and camping.

Diana Hubbard, ND

Naturopathic Doctor

Dr. Hubbard is a naturopathic practitioner and graduate from Bastyr University in Washington state. She is driven by her passion to support patients in creating health from the ground up. She accomplishes this by utilizing functional medicine principles and motivating them to actively engage as their own advocates for health and wellness, and ultimately realize their true potential.

Dr. Hubbard’s desire to help others led her to become a certified massage therapist. Today she uses her expertise in multiple healing modalities to create personal healing plans for each of her patients.

Dr. Hubbard loves spending her spare time walking, hiking, paddle boarding, reading, watching movies — she’s a movie fanatic — and gardening with her two Australian shepherds in tow.

Tricia Tayrien, BS, E-RYT

Health & Wellness Coach

Tricia attended college at MSU in Springfield, Missouri (Go Bears!) to embark on a degree in dance that lead her to physical education. This eventually lead Tricia to a degree in Health and Wellness.

Tricia holds a Certification as a Personal Trainer, Registered Experienced Yoga Teacher and Life Coach.

She helps clients embark on a journey to soul satisfying success by guiding them to connect mind, body and spirit for optimal health and wellness.

Tricia enjoys dancing, cooking, hiking, knitting, reading, yoga and trying new things in life!

Brittany Flewelling, FNTP

Functional Nutritionist

Brittany is a certified Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner who understands what it feels like to be sick, frustrated and losing hope. Her personal health journey of battling mold toxicity, gut dysfunction, hormone imbalance, and interstitial cystitis has ignited her passion for supporting people who are looking to thrive again. She believes that dysfunction doesn’t define a person, but is just part of their story. She is grateful that because of her own holistic healing, she is now able to empower others to rediscover their health and their joy.

She is currently studying to become Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition. Brittany utilizes a deep foundational and bio-individual approach to functional, holistic nutrition to help her clients balance body chemistry and achieve optimal wellness.

In her free time, she loves experimenting with new recipes, researching and reviewing new natural products, fermenting foods, reading, hiking, foraging, mushroom cultivation, playing disc golf, volunteering and cooking community meals with her friends and family.

Camille Jolibois, RN, INHC

Registered Nurse & Health Coach

Camille Jolibois is a licensed registered nurse and a certified health coach. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Harding University. She has worked in the medical field as a cardiac and ICU nurse for 6 years, but her ultimate passion is helping others reclaim their health through simple, powerful lifestyle changes.

Camille graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods.

In her free time, she enjoys doing activities with her husband like hiking, biking, skiing, reading, and walking their dog, Millie.

Christy Gallaher

Patient Navigator

Christy helps our patients navigate the practitioner’s recommendations related to nutrition, supplements, specialty testing, financials and educational materials. She truly cares for each individual, meeting them where they are and is excited to walk along side them during their health and wellness journey.

Outside of work, Christy spends most of her time with her active family. She’s married to her high-school sweetheart; together they have 3 children and lots of pets. Her family is her top priority and she loves being at home together. Her passions include; cooking easy, delicious, plant-based meals, fitness routines, spending time in nature, growth-mindset, being authentic, medical cannabis cultivation, cannabis education, advocacy and breaking stigmas. She loves to inspire, encourage and empower others to keep on growing.

Leigh Ann Stratman

Front Desk Office Assistant

Leigh Ann’s passion for helping people is shared in every interaction she has with our members. As our Front Office Assistant, she oversees administrative tasks and assists patients in scheduling and product purchases. Leigh Ann has an extensive background in customer service and office management, and her experience spans over a decade.

Outside of work, Leigh Ann is grateful to have a wonderful life with her husband and two children. She enjoys traveling, nature, outdoor activities, cultivating & cooking food, music, dancing, and connecting with her community.

Jaycee Waters

Jaycee is a certified health coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She has always had an interest in natural medicine, however, her personal journey battling autoimmune disease strengthened her passion to guide others towards vibrant health using an integrative approach to wellness.

Jaycee deeply cares about community and tribe. She loves art, yoga, cycling, hiking, and deep philosophical and spiritual studies. She is fluent and obsessed with energetic work, astrological weather, and evolving our conscious connection with nature.
